Positive:
The beds were comfortable and the room was kept tidy and clean. The shower was very nice.
Negative:
Despite being on the fourth floor, the street noise did interfere with our sleep. There seem to be a couple of bars operating until 3 and 4 in the morning, and the obvious “ladies of the night” standing in doorways across from our room were in interesting diversion to say the least. We just wish there had been a midnight curfew on street noise.
Positive:
The hotel place is very good, which’s near Zurich HB, very convenient for us to take train. And the room is clean and tidy, i think i’ll choose this hotel again if i go trip with friends to Zurich again.

The staff was friendly.They held our bags while we did a weekend excursion and didnt charge us. Clean.
Negative:
Would have liked to had another pillow but but the time I realized there were not extras I was too tired to call for one. If you need one ask when you check in.

We flew into Zurich and needed a place for only two nights. It was a bargain by Zurich standards. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The guest house was very convenient to the station and the historic area. There were lots of prostitutes on the street after dark, but with the windows shut it was very quiet.
Negative:
Unfortunately the carpet in our room was not clean or certainly didn’t look clean.
Positive:
Very helpful and charming staff, cute and clean room.
Negative:
No hairdryer! Current state of the hotel (under reconstruction) means getting to breakfast in the hotel is an interesting experience, climbing round cables and workmen.
Positive:
The shower facilities and cleanliness of the room.

The smell of the building and the lack of blinds/curtains in the window.

The location is nearly perfect, easy to get to the train station. The distance to the Lake and the main shopping street nor more than 15-20 minutes if go slowly.
Negative:
It was a bit strange smell in our room.
