Nice room in an ‘attic’ type room with comfortable bed and ensuite and free WiFi. Friendly manager. Great continental+ type breakfast. Great location for exploring Zurich with tram #8 outside to the top of the lake and/or connecting with other trams to the station, etc., which are so easy to use and just great for sightseeing; get a day ticket (green button at tram stop and insert chf 8.20) for central Zurich area (Zone 10). I’d stay there next time without a doubt.

Well, staff was not overly helpful in respect to getting the WiFi going for me. But I’m not sure if it was their WiFi router or my iPhone spoiling the fun.

I did not like 3 things: 1) The room was terrible. It is in the highest floor, with wood columns that can hurt your head. You have to remember every time to avoid the columns! 2) I arrived at night and the main light of the room was not working, a thing that could be checked before we arrive. 3) There are ugly pictures inside hotel walls
