The hotel was excellent, rooms were spacious with full prepared kitchen and location was very good next to bus and train station. The staff were flexible to meet our requirements.

Apartmán byl ?ist? a nov? za?ízen. Byl nedaleko dvou nákupních center a nádraží a velmi blízko autobusové zastávce. Internet byl v cen? a fungoval velmi dob?e.
Negative:
Nevýhodou apartmánu je umíst?ní u docela rušné silnice a ješt? k tomu u semaforu. Tudíž spát s otev?eným oknem v?tšinou nelze. Z d?vodu hluku z ulice chyb?la klimatizace, která by celý problém vy?ešila. V apartmánu sice byla mikrovlnná trouba, ale m? chyb?la klasická trouba.

Selon les dires de la direction tous les appartements sont identiques, bien que les prix diffèrent. Les bacs de douche sont minuscules, provoquant une inondation à chaque utilisation. Pas de serpillère disponible pour éponger. L’équipement de la cuisine réduit au minimum – différent dans chaque appartement. Pas d’inventaire et apparemment pas de contrôle. Les sols ne sont pas propres

das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die relativ gute Ausstattung des Appartments, die Lage am Rand von Luzern, Parklatz für das Auto, der unkomplizierte und effektive E-Mailkontakt mit der Vermieterin

Uns störte der starke Geruch im Zimmer (unserer Meinung nach Mischung aus altem Tabakrauch und neuer Farbe), der für Nichtraucher unzumutbar ist! Weiterhin fehlten der Gästekarten, obwohl die Kurtaxe bezahlt wurde, das Geschirr war unvollständig, eine Glühbirne kaputt.

Die Ausstattung der Kitchenette ist vorbildlich! Den Geschirrspüler sollte man wegen der Lautstärke nur in Abwesenheit benutzen. Da das Haus nicht als Apartmenthaus gekennzeichnet ist, die Tiefgarage nicht gekennzeichnet ist, orientiert man sich am besten an “Officeworld”. Die Apartments haben z.T. (105) einen grossen Balkon mit Möbeln.
Negative:
Die Nicht-Beschriftung ist sowohl von Vor- wie Nachteil. Mit der Buchung des Apartments entscheidet man sich dafür niemanden vom Personal zu sehen.
